Return Authorization Request Form

All returns require a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number and must be approved in advance of the return. After receiving your RMA number, products must be shipped to our location pre-paid. Some restrictions may apply. Please contact Customer Service with questions.

Products listed in the current catalog that have not been used or installed can be returned for credit. If products are listed with a “†” (Available While Supply Lasts) they are not returnable. All credits issued will be based on the original purchase price and will have a 15% restocking charge applied. Charges may also be assessed for missing hardware or damage to the paint finish. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

If you return a product that qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

You may return the item within 90 days from the date your order was received for a refund. We cannot exchange items. Please place a new order online for the replacement item(s). No claims for shortages or damages will be honored unless reported within 10 business days from the date of delivery.

Please complete the form below to obtain an RMA, this RMA number needs to be clearly marked on the package to ensure proper credit is issued. Your RMA number will be sent to you at the email address you provide below. Product credits may take up to 7 days from the time the product is received in our warehouse. Products must be returned with the original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories. Merchandise must be in new condition. The value of any missing items and/or damaged items may be deducted from the credit amount of your return.
