Free Ground Shipping on Orders of $99 or More!
This offer applies to orders shipped within the U.S. to the 48 contiguous states for accounts that are not past due. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless otherwise specified and is subject to change without notice. This offer applies to select products that are in stock and shipped from our Burnsville, MN warehouse. Products that do not qualify for free shipping are clearly identified on this website and shipping charges apply to those items. Additionally, we do not ship oversized products outside of the 48 contiguous United States. This offer does not apply to special order items or items which might be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. If you return a product that qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
This offer does not apply to orders shipped C.O.D. or third-party billing. In some cases, Rigid Hitch, at its discretion, may choose to ship an order via FedEx, Spee-Dee Delivery, USPS, or Truck, depending on cost. If a specific carrier or special service (i.e. next day air) is requested, the customer is responsible for the full amount of those shipping charges. However, Standard Freight Terms may apply if an order does not qualify for free shipping.
If your order has any number of products that requires a freight charge, that charge will override free shipping and apply to your entire order.
Will Call Order Pickup
Orders placed with a shipping address within 50 miles of our warehouse in Burnsville, MN will be eligible for Will Call Order Pickup. Orders are available for pickup 1 hour after the order has been placed. Our warehouse is located at 3301 West Burnsville Parkway, Burnsville, MN 55337. Follow the signs near the building for Will Call where your order will be ready.
Same Day Shipping
All in-stock items are eligible for same day shipping if the order is placed before 2:30pm CST.
Shipping Information
We want you to get your products as fast as possible and in excellent condition. Our goal is to have 98% of our orders get to you, our customers within 4 - 5 business days. If you need to change your shipping address after your order has shipped there is a $25 per package fee.
Depending on the size of your package and its destination, we may at our discretion ship your order via another carrier.
We do have a few restrictions on our shipping. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses. We currently do not ship to Mexico, Canada, or anywhere outside North America. We reserve the right to add shipping expenses onto orders that are special case orders - this is very rare, but we needed to state it here and we would advise you of these charges at the time of your order. If you have any questions about our shipping policies - please do not hesitate to call us.
Special free freight offers are available and are valid on most orders. Some oversized items and truck shipments may have additional charges applied. Again, we will advise you at the time of your order of any exceptions.
We suggest all truck freight shipments be shipped to a commercial business address. Truck shipments to residential addresses will have additional service charges applied, that will be your responsibility. Additionally, we do not ship oversized products outside of the 48 contiguous United States.
Refused shipments that we have not been notified of in advance will be charged for outbound and return freight charges and may require additional handling charges of up to 15%.
Rigid Hitch reserves the right to charge your account for any extra delivery charges imposed on us by the freight carriers after the delivery has been made. These charges include but are not limited to the following: residential delivery, liftgate/hand unloading delivery, inside delivery, delivery by scheduled appointment, or re-delivery charges. Our Freight Allowance and Free Freight programs do not cover these extra charges and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Factory Shipped Products
All factory shipped products now ship free on orders over $99! Exclusions apply for oversized or over weight items and are clearly marked so there is no confusion for you. We partner with manufacturers on some of our larger and heavier parts so we can reduce the cost to you and remove the middleman in the delivery of your items! However, this means that the manufacturer is in charge of the shipping information and we cannot guarantee arrival times. We are happy to get in touch with the manufacturer on your behalf if you would like more information on your order.
