“the website as well as the email i received stated i would receive it in 3 to 5 business days. Logged into ridgid hitch on day 5 and it showed pending, so i called and was told they didn't have what i ordered and wouldn't have for 3 weeks. So i cancelled my order and ordered it elsewhere. Why would the website and a email they sent both say 3/5 business days if it's going to be a month? this review has nothing to do with the hitch just Ridgid hitch...”
