Product Details
Made for use to transport vehicles with a tow dollie. This over-the-wheel strap does includes the ratchet and spring loaded hook for a tie-down point. This strap fits 13" to 17" standard sized tires & 10" to 22" wide tires.
- Premium PVB coated webbing for greater abrasion resistance
- Equipped with two buckles for double adjustment
- Twisted snap hook on fixed end
- Per federal D.O.T. requirements, working load limit is 1/3 of the rated capacity
