Surface mounted 2-1/8 inch O.D., 1-3/8 inch I.D. Tie-Down Ring attaches to floor or wall of trucks and enclosed trailers. Stainless steel ring and hold-down will not rust. Rated 1,700 pounds working load limit. See picture 2 for all dimensions.
